Photo Archive

Photo Services’ maintains a large digital image archive.

Images are available for purchase, including stock photography and photos from campus events such as conferences, sporting events, receptions, lectures, dedications, award ceremonies, and more.

Enter the Stock Gallery to see over 1300 images available to the University community and general public.

From the Image Archive Database icon on our home page, view our Assignment Database, which offers images found in the Stock Gallery and a representative collection of images from every Photo Services assignment. Access to this database requires a sign in and password from Photo Services. Click here to request access.

• Navigating to the subject of interest is just a click away. No complicated searching necessary.
• Use the Simple Search & Advance Search boxes to fine tune your search. Our database can be searched by keyword, category, and image caption information.
• Online ordering.
• “Stock Express” feature allow University members to immediately download images from our Stock Gallery.
• “Show Contact Sheet” feature allows you to view the contact sheet from every assignment.
• As a client of Photo Services, you receive the added benefit of an online managed archive of your departments assignment shoots. At login your department’s archive is viewable from the top of the Category Tree.
• Most recently added images are displayed first, allowing you to quickly see “what’s new.”
